Just traded LeVert for Ariza in a keeper league. Good trade?
I haven't been been paying attention to the Rockets games. I know Ariza's been hurt, not sure how much his value has been knocked down with the roster changes but I figure Ariza has a lot higher upside than LeVert even though I really like LeVert.
Will Ariza still return fourth round value this season or can I expect regression?
It depends on your keeper league rules in terms of long term value. However, for this season, you can expect the trade to help. LeVert has upside to contribute in all the counting categories, but will still likely be limited by low FG% and TOs. Ariza is a solid bet to finish top-60 this year. There isn't too much information on Ariza's current injury, but he has been very durable in his career. I like Ariza to finish ahead of LeVert this season, if you explain a little more on your keeper rules we can discuss that aspect as well.

It's an auction keeper with five keepers per year, $5 added each season for keepers. I got LeVert off the wire ($0), Ariza is priced at $8. Honestly not sure if I'll bring him over to the next season since I may already have five other keepers, but obviously that could change as the season goes on. So it's definitely a move focusing on this season.
Fading Ariza hard this year. He's 32 and not nearly as involved. With those %s, he's just not winning you many matchups.
