My team is solid but I feel like I could upgrade some areas. Should I try for a 2 for 1 to get better in fg%? Thinking Mirotic and Gharris for Capela?

Team looks absolutely stacked so I'm not sure what the issue is. But Garris and Niko are both around equal value with Capela in a 1 for 1 trade so definitely don't give them in a 2 for 1.
Don't do that trade. I'm hoping you're in first. Your team is stacked. Like was said above Harris and Mirotic are likely to finish the season around the same rank as Capela so no need to take on his FT% in that 2 for 1. You could try to boost your boards and FG% by packaging those 2 and going for someone like Jokic.
