What is the adjusted expectation for Butler going forward? I was offered Klay Thompson for Jimmy and declined it last week, but I am having second thoughts. Should I try and see if that guy is still interested?
'sup.
My expectations for Butler have been diminished somewhat, but not horribly. A top 20 guy coming in, I'm looking at him more like top 40 now. I would take Klay Thompson over Butler.
Big D in the house
I have so many underperforming players on my team:
Butler, lowry, Noel, Murray, Richardson, WCS to name a few.
Currently last place in a 12 team league. Do I need to start making moves now to get some wins or do I wait til they come up in value some? It's hard because I don't think moving one will help me start winning instantly either. What would you do?
You are in a tough spot indeed. Butler and Lowry are essentially must holds. If you can flip either for a bona fide top 30 guy, I'd do it otherwise you have no choice but to hold tight. Noel is a fine stash for those that have the luxury, however you do not. The other 3 can be cut as well. Who is on your wire?
it's a deep 12 team league. Some notable names include: Alex len, willy hernangomez, greg monroe, dieng, monk, bebe, Bogdanovic in sac. not too many options on the wire either. not sure if you saw but I also added WCS on my underperforming dudes. sad season haha
Drop Noel for Bogdanovic right now and then either Richardson or Murray for Monroe in a day or two.
thank you for the help.
How do I fix my team? I'm getting absolutely slaughtered in my 16 team 9-cat keeper. 8 keepers by round, if you have two players in the same round one keeper moves up a round. Players picked up from the wire count as last round picks.
I'm okay with building for next season if I can't turn things around, so I put asterisks by the players I currently plan to keep out of 8. I would include Skal but I'm starting to hate the Kings...
Thanks!

Also, I'd be fine trading IT if I start a rebuild for next year, along with pretty much anyone but KAT, Gobert and Fox. Also hoping stashing Alan Williams pays off so I can keep him. I really liked the way he played to end last season.
Currently 12th out of 16th and dropping rapidly (down 2-7 this week so far).
I just moved Butler for Klay, so the guy was still willing to do it. Thanks for the advice to pull the trigger!
