Yeah, Dipo is the best player in the deal by too much, so that's a no. I'd bet anything he's sending out similar offers to other members of your league, in an attempt to consolidate early-round players and have a loaded team for the playoffs.
It's basically a 3-for-1. I'd pass, since you'd also have to decide guy(s) to dump afterwards
