Was offered Otto Porter for my Myles Turner in a 10 team 9 cat h2h. Seems too good to pass up, but I will be giving up a ton of blocks obviously which are tough to find. Thoughts? Rest of team below:
Guards - Oladipo, Holiday, Lowry, Dunn, Q Cook
Wings - Ingles, Batum, D Green, J Grant, Barton
Bigs - Turner, McGee, Lopez, Bamba, Bjelica

I think I'd rather have Myles for the rarity of blocks, but I also realize I'm in the minority.
I'm with Dan. I'd hold Myles.
I've just rationalised in my head he's a block specialist who doesn't tank FT%.
Just acknowledge the value in that and go pick up some low end Centre who doesn't block to replace the boards he isn't getting.
I also agree about holding Myles. Even though he's been disappointing, I feel like he has a higher, safer floor than Otto at this point.
To VT's point, Tristan Thompson would kinda be a perfect guy to pair with Myles right now, if you can pick him up or target him in a low-end trade.
