Should I trade my Kawhi and Mikal Bridges for his KAT?
I'm need of a C and I want to open up a roster spot for when Prince returns from IR.

So in effect it's Kawhi + Bridges for KAT + Prince (and whomever you'd be streaming in his place until he returns). Yeah, sounds good to me.

Definitely, but you should try to add somebody on IR from the WW when the spot opens up before Prince returns, that way you can stash the new IR pickup after Prince returns.
