I just traded Siakam and McCollum for Embiid and Jaylen Brown. I don't really trust Embiid and am really high on Siakam but a top of the line Center was too much to pass up.
Here's the rest of my roster: PG, Butler, J Collins, Bledsoe, Morant, Isaac, J Allen, Ingles, Dragic, Winslow, and I.T.
Did I give up too much and lose my 1st trade of the season? Or is Embiid worth the risk?
I think you are the winner in that trade just because of Embiid. If Embiid stays healthy he is top 3 center in the league and a fantasy first round pick.
Siakam has huge upside but hasn't proven that he can be the man just yet. I think people are overvaluing him on the anticipation he is going to take a big step forward.
You have a really nice team! You should be right in the race to win your league based on that roster.

Availability is the best ability. Embiid hands down is the best talent and worth the risk. Just knowing that he may not play 70 plus games a year might hurt you. You dont win leagues by playing it safe though.
