Should I offer Larry Nance Jr for Kelly Oubre?
If not, what level player should I throw out there to see if I can buy low? Top 75? worse?

I think offering Nance for Oubre is reasonable. A Jr. for a Jr.
Top 75 is a good threshold as well. I grabbed as much Oubre stock as I could and have definitely had other teams offer me some garbage offers of players even outside the Top 100.
