After the Pacers won the first two games on the road, the series returned to Cleveland with a 3-1 advantage for the Pacers following a pair of home wins by each team. The Cavaliers have been battling injuries throughout the series, and the status of Donovan Mitchell—who exited Game 4 due to injury and didn’t return—remains the most critical question heading into this matchup. Garland, Mobley, and Hunter, who all missed games earlier in the series, are expected to be available, while Mitchell’s status will be a game-time decision. There are no notable injuries reported on the Pacers’ side. Taking into account that Garland is still playing through injury and Mitchell’s uncertain availability, I expect the Pacers to stay within the spread even if they don’t win outright.
