Bayer Leverkusen was caught off guard in the first leg, suffering a heavy defeat while playing the final 30 minutes with 10 men. Meanwhile, Bayern Munich remains in a strong position despite their loss to Bochum over the weekend. Their attacking form is still sharp, and they hold the upper hand going into the return leg. Leverkusen will need to push for an early goal, which is likely to result in an open and high-scoring affair. With Leverkusen’s pressing for a miracle and Bayern’s attacking firepower, I see this one going over 2.5 total goals, with Leverkusen likely getting on the scoreboard in the first half as they chase an unlikely comeback.
