Vallecano’s management made an interesting decision by not reinforcing a team that barely escaped relegation last season. It was particularly surprising that they didn’t address the need for a centre-forward. As a result, they have started the season looking unproductive. On the other hand, although Osasuna lost their coach, Arrasate, they made two key additions to their squad: Bryan Zaragoza and Enzo Boyomo. However, compared to the Arrasate-led teams of recent years, Vicente Moreno’s side plays more courageously, which also leaves them vulnerable to easy transitions. Regardless of the opponent, they are prone to conceding goals, especially in away games. Instead of relying on them to win, it’s wiser to focus on both teams scoring.
