Kyrie IrvingPG, Brooklyn NetsShams Charania is reporting that Kyrie Irving is likely to undergo surgery on his right shoulder that will result in a significant absence.
Irving has been bothered by a right shoulder impingement all season long and has been putting off surgery in hopes of playing down the stretch. That looks like it won't happen, with the procedure likely coming with his long-term future in mind. Irving will be a drop as soon as the Nets make this official, while Spencer Dinwiddie and Caris LeVert are in line for big finishes to the season.
