Alex Caruso (neck) will not play on Thursday against the Rockets.

Caruso will join LeBron James on the sidelines for this one, and the Lakers figure to play it cautiously with their core rotation players now that they have the top seed locked up. J.R. Smith and Dion Waiters should get a few minutes as ball-handling options tonight, though it's Quinn Cook who is starting.
