Tyrese HaliburtonG, CollegeSophomore guard Tyrese Haliburton, who is widely expected to be a lottery selection, has declared for the 2020 NBA draft after averaging 15.2 points, 5.9 rebounds and 6.5 assists in 36.7 minutes per game this season at Iowa State.
Haliburton's season was cut short(-er than everyone else's) in February when he injured his wrist, but his career as a Cyclone was nonetheless very impressive. He is a highly-skilled defensive player and is equally good on the offensive end as a distributor and scorer. Haliburton accumulated excellent shooting averages this season prior to going down with the injury: .504 FG, .419 3PT and .822 FT. His draft stock is on the rise.
