Kelly Oubre Jr.SF, Phoenix SunsSuns GM James Jones said that the team is hoping Kelly Oubre (right knee surgery) will be able to return to the court this season.
That's a highly optimistic outlook though it's not impossible. Oubre will miss four weeks as of March 3, so he could technically return for the season's final two weeks — not that most fantasy leagues would be counting those in their playoffs. He's still a weak hold in H2H formats but this cracks the door a bit for roto owners. We'd be surprised if Oubre returned to play significant minutes this season. More importantly, Jones also said that Oubre has opted to walk with a cane rather than crutches after surgery, noting Oubre's "cool factor."
