The Cavs have traded Brandon Knight, John Henson and a second round pick to the Pistons in exchange for Andre Drummond.

Knight's fantasy value doesn't change much as he will go from buried on one depth chart to buried on another, unless the Pistons make more moves before the deadline. He can be left on the waiver wire in all leagues for now.
