According to The Athletic's Shams Charania,
Austin Rivers has left the Orlando bubble due to an urgent family matter.

There's no specific details about why Rivers left but Charania reports that he's expected to head back to Disney this weekend. However, the Rockets' first seeding game isn't until July 31 so Rivers will have a week to get back. In the meantime, Ben McLemore should get some more playing time.
