I'll comment in the spaces below --

I’ve been an avid Bruski follower and then Hoop Ball user going ban a long time, and I think you’ve got easily the best content available, so please take these comments as constructive criticism:

– I’m still getting a weird, large error message across the top of the site when used on my phone. It obscures the actual content and is pretty annoying.

--we know about that and the fix is a part of the update we're pushing out here soon. We're trying to cram as much into the update as possible.

– Having already purchased the draft guide (very good), I recently added the premium membership, largely for the B150 update. I did get a look at that, but forgot to bookmark it. Now I can’t find it anywhere. Was also hoping it would be updated to reflect the trade deadline fallout. Any plans to do that?

With something as holy as the B150 I try to only stick my name on it when I have the time to truly break it down. So unfortunately the post deadline update wasn't a part of that this year. Maybe once we're not in such a growth phase I'll do that in future years.

– The top 150 that is available (which i don’t find as valuable since it’s largely just the last 30 day avgs, which i can see anyway on basketballmonster etc), are quite significantly out of whack with the B150. This seems a bit off… don’t really see the benefit of a 2nd set of rankings which are substantially different from the head honcho’s assessments?

Our projections are a constant work in process and I think you'll like where we're heading on that front. To that end, I can't give out our methodology but it's something we're tweaking with each iteration of development.

On the issue of multiple ranks, it's a funny convo I've had in the past, but we want to carry as many opinions as possible and let the content stand on its own. Right now Erik Ong has taken over our rankings and the projections are more of a mathematical approach. Ong is a badass from 30-deep and he has battled me tough in all of our expert leagues.

– Those rankings are also out of date.

Ong just took over and apologies for that gap in coverage. As a startup we have to work within the constraints of our writers and our prior writer valiantly tried to keep his head above water but eventually we decided transitioning was best.

– Is there a search function I’m missing, to find previous articles? I assume there must be somewhere but i can’t find one. Maybe it’s an android / phone issue.

The search function should get you to just about anything.

– It does seem like you’re mostly focused on iphone users (from what you say on pods and from the issues i have using the site on my Samsung phone (e.g. if you swipe the scrolling items at the top to the right then it moves you to the side menu and you can’t see the majority of the main screen anymore). Pls keep in mind that more than half your users are likely non-iphone users. We’re not betamax truthers!

We'll pass that along!

– No offense to Dan Besbris, he’s a very slick and professional presenter, but i tend to skip to guests, as the Dan-only bits are mostly just reading out if box scores and i don’t find them valuable. Really this is just to say, the more Bruski and other fantasy / hoops expert content on the pods the better.

We're moving more toward FNBA Today being more of an interview based show but it's a bit hard, you want to get into box scores a little but we've had that same type of conversation on this end.

Apologies if that reads like a lot of complaining – Hoop-Ball is a superb site and the podcast content is excellent too. Just wanted to feedback on some issues I’ve had as a heavy user. I hope this helps in some way with the ongoing build-out and improvement.

Thanks for the reply. I've been using the premium membership a lot since getting it, the Sunday waiver wire show and Monday lineup show are fantastic, and the pickups of the night are handy too.

Dan clearly knows what he's talking about and is a v good presenter, and almost everything I listen to on here also has you or Eric or someone else on too. The quality of the pods is excellent so I take that last semi complaint back.

I agree Erik's work is excellent so the more of that the better too. I actually competed in a league against you and Erik last season (with predictably disastrous results!) so I've witnessed the skills first hand!
