Hi there,
I am a Season Pass holder, and am a bit confused after reading Dan's reply on post below..
As per the banner suggests, when you purchase Hoop Ball Season Pass ($34.99), I thought I was getting :
1. Draft Guide
2. In-Season Premium Membership
3. EARLY ACCESS to B150 (Draft guide subscribers get it on 1/10)
Can someone clarify that if the Season Pass Holders need to pay additional $9.99 for B150 Early Access or not please?
I will be disappointed if this is the case as Early Access to B150 was the big reason I went for the Season Pass..
Thanks in advance
You are correct, you won’t get it today without the extra payment and I agree the wording is a ambiguous.
If you are just a draft subscriber when do you get access to the 150? I assume it’s after the 1st of Oct?
I thought the same things as Dotless but got an email back to my inquiry that is not the case. We have to wait until October 1 or pay the additional $9.99.
Oh well, that sucks, purchased anyway as I can't do without B150 anymore for my drafts haha
Hey guys,
I just wanted to jump in here and let you know we are all in agreement over here that next year's wording and packaging should be much smoother. If you have any questions or otherwise want to hit me up, it's aaron at hoop-ball dot com.
I'm confused as to my access to the bruski 150. I thought that's what I was getting. I've purchased the last two years and thought that's what I bought this season.
Everything has been the same product-wise since we started this thing -- it's just the marketing language that's off.
quick explainer ...
We release the B150 late during the final draft weekend for free, usually on that Monday. We give Draft Guide subscribers 'early' access on 10/1 (that's what's throwing everybody off this year ... not sure why we didn't have more questions last year ... maybe it's the growth I dunno). We have another 'early' group on 9/20 for those with really early drafts. It's the repetitive use of 'early' that's the issue here and I'm going to lock everybody in a room next year until we find the right marketing to explain it.
I'm emailing you directly as well. If anybody else has issues email me aaron at hoop-ball dot com.
