My greatest frustration with Hoopball.com - Content Restricted

When trying to access Premium areas of the site I constantly get the error of

"Content Restricted' To access this content you must purchase 2017-18 Hoop Ball membership..."

According to the Membership portal I am still a member until August this year. Apparently Zach has updated the Dynasty content recently and I am keen to look at it.

This happened to me soon after I became a member as well but was fixed and then I had no issues for the rest of the season until the last month or so.

Any ideas why this happens? Any way to fix it?

I have tried 4 browsers on 2 different PC's (home and work) as well as deleting my cookies.

Hi Kajen,

Thanks for the message. When we setup the membership we had not extended the Dynasty coverage into the offseason and then Zach kept his rankings going throughout the offseason, which is great for you guys but our initial setup needed to be modified. We updated your membership to be active and if anybody else has that issue just email support@hoop-ball.com and we'll get you setup right away. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Aaron - thanks for the quick response.

All working now! Thanks also for reminding me of support@hoop-ball.com. I'll use that from now on.

Shout out to Zach for his quality Dynasty content!
