Hey! Personally, I wouldn't swap Luka for Lillard. Nor Luka and Jimmy for Lillard and Turner, but, on the second trade if getting a boost on blocks, ft% and 3s is useful for your team, and you can take the hit on assists, steals, rebounds and points, I understand why you would do it.
