With the Lakers looking primed to make a move with the waiving of Matt Ryan, there is obvious reason for them to open up a roster spot. I don't know if a Lakers trade is to occur soon, but there has to be reason for the unexpected waiving, and I'm wondering what it means for ROS value of certain players. 

We expect it to be a Myles Turner and Buddy Heild trade or the Bulls' DeRozan and Vucevic trade. Therefore, is it worth to stash guys like Bennedict Mathurin, IJax or Ayo Dosunmu? And if so, how long to stash these guys until rumors die down?
