Forgot to mention but I have Poku, Melton, and Mcdaniels as candidates to drop if ever. Might lean towards Melton since Harden and Maxey will return soon.

Yes, PG over Ant. Check if Wood fits your build though.

PG's injury history does make me a bit nervous depending on league type (H2H vs roto) but he does have the better per game upside. Just something to think about.

I’d probably drop Poku before Melton but otherwise this all seems fair
