Playing h2h points league,10 teams and got offered A.Edwards(41.4) and Fox(40.4) for Ja(43.9) and D.Bane(36.4)

Pass. Bane on the way up as he works into game shape. He'll probably catch Fox in scoring in your settings

That one is fair in my eyes. I think you go with whatever size players you need. Fox and Bane are pretty close and then Ja and Zion are almost deadlocked.
