A quick refresher on the key rules involved with our expansion draft:

-Each NBA team may “protect” up to EIGHT players (contracted ONLY no Free Agents)

-Each Expansion Team may only choose from “Unprotected” players from existing NBA teams.

-Each team selects a minimum of 14 players and a maximum 19 players (enter season w/15 + 2 2-way contracts)

-An Expansion team may select no more than ONE player from an existing NBA team.

-Salary Cap is a non issue during the player selection…but does come into play on day 1 of the season

With the Thunder signing Luguentz Dort to a multi-year contract today, would we be able to change our protections on OKC if ya'll would rather keep Dort over someone else?

Yeah Stephen we could but I don't think Dort really moves the needle for me...
