I am not the Commish. We are trying to start for the 2nd week. This will be a franchise dynasty. Meaning you choose an NBA team, pick 9 players from that roster, and then fill the rest of your roster with the allotted $100 fake league money for free agents.
Each year after you can keep up to 15 players and you will have draft picks for the annual rookie drafts. During the season, FA's are acquired through the fake league money, of which you get $100 every season. Player values are in accordance with that $100, so teams should have plenty of fake money to use on FA's.
