I run draft only leagues on Fantrax where all the money stays in the league as payouts and the top 3 get prizes. I have filled all my leagues this year except for this last one that starts this Saturday, mainly because of a fantrax glitch that would not allow people to join the league and they got frustrated and gave up. The problem is now solved. It is a slow draft, 25 dollar entry fee. You draft 25 players (max 4 hours per pick) and you set your lineup once a week with 12 starters. There are NO transactions during the year, so it is very low maintenance. Our draft starts this Saturday and we need 2 people to finalize. Once the last person joins fantrax will auto choose the draft order. Here is the link:
