For
Zion/Oubre/TPrince
I’m thinking I’ll take it due to the concern over Zion? I’m not too bad in the standings so can afford to hold off.

That's relatively fair I'd say. Zion's got the wild upside but you basically trade Oubre for LaVine and Isaac (since Zion hasn't played anyway).
