Worth a stash?

I have been thinking about my teams future in my dynasty league and have been looking at some guys to stash.  My league is very frustrating when trying to make trades, I often get low-balled and feel it's because I have been fairly successful (winning 2 of 3 championships, could have been 3 in a row without COVID abruptly ending the season).  So I figured my best chances are building through rookie drafts and picking guys up.  I have been drafting rookies pretty successfully since the league started but my team is aging and I don't want to miss out on some potential studs.  What does everybody think of the TimeLord Robert Williams (he has the tools to be a solid C) as well as Goga Bitadze.  I could use some good young centers that will one day  anchor my team.   Also any suggestions regarding how I can make trades without getting raked over the coals would be great!

Thanks!

That's a tough one. Personally I like Goga more than the Time Lord, though not as flashy, Goga has a more complete skill set. However, I just don't see Goga getting much playing time as long as Turner and Sabonis are in Pacers uniform. Sounds like you should have a very solid core and these will just be filling out the roster for the immediate future. I'd say Williams is the player more likely to produce for fantasy sooner.

Both guys are worth stashing, especially since the big-man prospects in the 2020 draft are thin. Time Lord has a lot of appeal, so you can trade laterally and get someone better by giving Williams to a Celtics fan or something.

Follow @NBADynastyADP on twitter. He collects data on recent dynasty league start-up draft ADPs. Goga is at 140 and TimeLord at 160, so based on that Goga is valued slightly higher but both have potential for breakouts when they get into a better situation. My gut feel is target TimeLord over Goga but it's close!

I am thinking about trading LaMarcus Aldridge in an 18 team dynasty for a younger player plus a first round pick in 2021. Have been offered Darius Bazely. What do people think about Bazely's long term prospects?

I like the Goga stash. I've stashed him in a league and think there is a good chance Indiana eventually moves away from the Sabonis/Turner front court maybe even as soon as this off season. As a Celts fan, I think Williams is still far away from consistent minutes especially how Stevens historically mixes and matches his bigs based on in game matchups. Stevens values bigs that can initiate offense with passing and reads which Williams struggles with. I do agree with Erik. He has a bit of a cult following with C's fans so I'd look down that road if possible. Happy hunting.

@ash-huggins Bazley is interesting. He's still very raw but his athleticism is clearly his strong point. Trading LMA would be worth it only if you're getting a high first-rounder

Can't be guaranteed an early first rounder unfortunately as depends on the performance of that team i am trading with.. however I am pretty high on the 2021 draft class so might be worth it! That's the joy of dynasty I guess!
