Wise Move?

In 10 team 8 cat:
Traded: Simmons, Mcgee, Sabonis, Schroder
Received: Kemba, Harrell, Trae Young

I feel like I'm giving up a little too much in this trade. However, my team has Embiid and Vucevic, so Mcgee ends up getting benched in a lot of the games.

The idea is to add Lauri, Dunn or Barton with the extra slot. Was this a wise move? Or am I on the losing side?

Also, should I drop Young for Lauri, Dunn or Barton?

Thanks in advance.

I can't process this massive 4-for-3's in my head. I prefer smaller 1-for-1's or 2-for-2's where you're not changing the team makeup too much. I do like the idea of stashing Dunn or Barton. Trae isn't quite as awful in 8-cat, so I'll let someone else weigh in there.

This was actually two trades put together.
First trade: Send Simmons and Sabonis, for Lowry and Harrell
Second trade: Send Lowry, Mcgee, Schroder, for Kemba and Young

I realize I probably lost the second trade.
However when you put the two trades together, it can be viewed as..
1) Simmons and Mcgee for Kemba
2) Sabonis for Harrell
3) Schroder for Young and extra roster spot

For the third section, Young and extra roster spot can be turned into any two combinations of Young/Dunn/Barton/Lauri.

Viewing the trade like this, was it a good move? Should Young be dropped?
