Trade proposed,2 for 1 offer, My Buddy Hield for Christian Wood and Kevin Porter Jr, 9 cat H2H league, which side wins this trade? Who has better ROS value?

Fair deal: hield is the safe play but wood has the upside. I think I like wood but I also highly value fg% and blocks more than 3s and scoring. Judgment call here.
