Who do I drop? My first thought is Holmes, but Embiid is closing on his 30 games played this year, and he’s already kind of unhealthy.

I'd say Lamb, but even then, I don't think gaining Markieff is much of an improvement. He's working hard to unseat Gallinari for Frailest Player of The Year.
He has to get healthy eventually right?
His health is just terrible this year. Sometimes it never gets better, but we can keep hoping and assuming it will. The drop would indeed be Lamb, but man, tough call.
I’ll bank on his health getting better. And he’s a starter as well. And a Center eligible player. I don’t think lamb will get picked up anytime soon as well. Maybe I’ll see how they both do today first. Ah decisions decisions.
