So, I'm currently sitting in 2nd place (1.5 games ahead of 3rd place) with about 2 weeks left before playoffs. I've been thinking of dropping WCS and/or JJJ to help with games played based on my roster. WCS hasn't been consistent enough for me to hold and JJJ is injured with no timetable. Ideally, I'd like to hold JJJ but with playoffs looming, I may want to drop these guys since there is little to no production.
Potential adds would be (in this order for positions needed to be filled for game days, PF especially):
Cody Zeller
Derrick White
Joakim Noah
Tyler Johnson
Robin Lopez
We play daily roster changes with 6 starting positions (PG/SG/SF/PF/C/U) in a 12 team H2H 9 Cat:
Current Roster:
PG: Ricky Rubio, Tomas Satoranksy (SG), Elfrid Payton
SG: Khris Middleton (SF), Joe Ingles (SF)
SF: Trevor Ariza (SG), Jerami Grant (PF)
PF: Jonathan Isaac (SF), Otto Porter (SF)
C: Willie Cauley-Stein (PF), Karl-Anthony Towns, Deandre Ayton, ,Jaren Jackson Jr (PF), Mitchell Robinson
Thank you for your help!
I think you hang onto your guys until the playoffs begin, and then start considering drops. Though I do like Zeller, White, Tyler Johnson and Lopez, I'm not sure any of them have the upside of JJJ. Maybe you could argue a WCS drop for one of 'em, though.
With your playoffs coming soon and the fact that you are in a dog fight for position, I would let WCS and JJJ go. I like all 5 guys on your list. I would recommend doing a deep dive into each category and pick up the 2 guys that will help you the most where needed.
Good luck!
