OG is in my opinion the best player however, he won't help you in blocks as much as Hayes but can help you in 3s. Who would you drop to pick up OG? I agree don't drop Noel, Dejounte or Porter. If you must I can understand dropping Porter. I am struggling to hold him in a few leagues myself.
