I’m a lock for the playoffs in my H2H league. I was offered Wendell Carter by a guy who is out of the playoffs at the moment who either needs to trade or drop. He wants my PJ Washington for him. Do I do this for sure? I’m in second place now comfortably but I’m also stashing Curry so I’ll definitely drop, but don’t think there’s any chance I miss the playoffs.
Didn’t mean I’ll definitely drop Curry, I’ll definitely drop in the standings but will still make the playoffs for sure.
It’s a no IR league
I'd rather have pjw all things considered tbh
Another option to trade is Taurean prince
Pjw has a major role locked in and a diversified stat profile that should provide big returns the rest of the year imo. Prince is waiver fodder
I’m saying I can either trade;
My PJ Washington for Carter Jr
Or
My Prince for Carter Jr
Def trade prince for him
Trade prince...
Ok, he went back on his word and rejected Prince. He sent back an offer of his Carter for Washington. Do I accept?
We went over this already
Still having doubts. All things being equal and if they were both healthy I’m sure Carter would be the more productive asset.
Maybe we can get an expert to weigh in because I sir, am just a layman....
But
Yes of course if Carter was healthy but hes not. You're talking about a minimum of a month on the shelf for a player that on a per game basis is 98 in 9 cat, JUST BARELY IN THE TOP 100. But because of his potential, hes sometimes treated like a top 50 asset.
Pj hasn't been better clocking in at 109 on the year but give me that for a month vs. nothing and I'll swap you 10 spots of value.
Also be confident in the bulls being a total shitshow, and the hornets giving pj all he can handle in the 2nd half w improvement.
Experts may disagree buy that's my .02
I agree with PJ for Carter if Carters stats help your team win the categories you're trying to win. Both have poor playoff schedule I think?
Bulls have nba worst standard playoff sched
Carter will probably be on a minutes restriction when he comes back and won’t play back to backs. Keep Washington
