Both Bjelica and Kleber hit the wire recently. The waiver period ends tomorrow 2/9, should I put a bid for any of them? Droppable players would be Sato, Nance and napier. 9 cat roto with games cap. Looking for 3s, assists, blocks with a dash of points/rebounds. Thanks!

I think if I were to rank all 5 of those guys you listed...
Bjelica > Kleber > Sato > Napier
And Nance is a massive question mark. He could be 1st or last depending on how Cleveland uses all their bigs.
