Hey, have a question for you guys. We have a newcomer in our money league and he is complaining that after adding player from waiver wire u cant play that player on the same day. I thought its a standart that after adding player from waiver u can player him only the next day. So wanted to ask which is "the official" way of doing that, or how u do that in big money leagues or industry leagues.
Standard yahoo leagues have this setting Daily - Tomorrow.
While some custom yahoo leagues have this setting Daily - Today.
In the first one which sounds like your league is currently using no matter when I add or drop a player it doesn't reflect your lineup until tomorrow, while the today setting would reflect that day.
Which one is mostly used in competetive leagues?
Daily-Today is way less common in my experience, even with private leegs.
Yep. Tomorrow is the way to go. The newcomer is being needlessly difficult
Thanks! Yeah, newcomers can be headache. You add them 2 weeks before season starts with all the rules available and then on the opening night they start asking questions and yelling because previously they have played with random or adjusted settings
