Hi,
Looking for some advice on draft and season-long strategy as I'm used to deeper leagues, usually 16-20 teams. Is 14 teams, 10 players considered shallow or just standard? How would drafting strategies as well as waiver/streaming differ in a shallower league (H2H)?
Is punting still okay given that it would be easier to find players that help with specific cats in a shallow league?
How would you decide when to replace, stream, or keep players? Thanks!
In a shallower league, your goal should be to amass as many top-20 guys as possible. Make trades that seem insane at the time but with the understanding you can find a dude on the wire to replace a spot, only those top-most guys can really move the needle.
