I really want to get out of Kawhi's load management. I was thinking of trying Kawhi and Collins or Griffin for PG and Ayton.
Also taking any suggestions for what I could get back for Kawhi.

PG will be just as load managed as Kawhi if not more for at least a month or two. I'm fine with trying to trade him. Trying to get off Blake is probably good too. But make sure you identify guys who you figure give you a games played advantage.
I'm not dumping Kawhi for anything less than a 1st rounder. He's been awesome and a missed game every 1-2 weeks isn't that big of a deal provided he can stay healthy the rest of the time.
Looks like you could use some blocks. Maybe try for Drummond. With Harden you could absorb the ft% hit.
I wouldn't be looking to do anything. You have kwahi and Harden.......plus you have some high floor guys that can get you through the load management wave
