IMO, your team is solid enough so that you don't even need LaVine. And I say that as someone who has him in a couple leagues. I'd start low with maybe a Harris/Chriss combo and see what he counters with.
As a LaVine owner, it would take Middleton, Milsap or JRue tbh.

Second that. You are going to have to overpay for an uncertain return, so best to stay put.
Milsap, Middleton, and Jrue seem like they'd be a huge reach even if LaVine were healthy to me? Maybe not Jrue but I think he's gonna be a lot better than people are giving him credit for, even with Boogie and AD eating up usage.
