What’s up HB community, who else is fired up for NBA this year?

It looks like Yahoo has allowed people to trade draft picks this year (in non-keeper formats). In my league, we already have the draft order set and there has already been a couple trades. As the owner of the first pick in the draft (standard snake draft, 9 cat H2H 12 teams), is there any pick trades you would recommend targeting with other players? What does everyone think about this in general?
The problem i've found with snake drafts is that if you go for the top 2-3 picks then you have to sit and wait. i've had good results with picks within the 5-10 spots. this way you can evaluate what the other owners are doing and you can pick off value where they've missed.
never a pretender...always a contender
For sure, appreciate the input. Since I originally posted the topic, I got a little trigger happy and traded away my 2/3 turn round picks (24+25 overall) for someone’s 8th overall pick (first round) and a sixth rounder (65 overall). My league has been doing pick trades like crazy since this became an option haha. So now I have two first round picks (1st overall and 8th overall) but will be waiting until picks 48+49 for my next picks. Still not sure if it was the right move, I was very seduced by the prospect of having two first rounders. From reading this forum for a few years now, I’ve found that it’s good strategy to try and get as many top 10 / top 20 guys on your team as possible. I’m confident that I’ll find the waiver gems and late round value, in no small part due from the insight provided by HB
