Crikey. Hard not to like any trade in which you get Davis, especially with 2 other good players, but I think I'd marginally take the Butler & Jokic side. 2 studs and feels like less injury disappearance risk than the Davis side. Just depends on what you need though, a lot more blocks on the Davis side in particular.
