I was offered Al Horford for Jimmy Butler in a 12 team 9 cat league. Is this a sell high on Horford and buy low on Butler?
Or is Horford actually as good as his current 23 rank on yahoo (especially since Hayward went down)? Butler will turn it around eventually but how close can he get to his preseason expectations?
Thanks in advance
Jesse
The rest of my team if you want to get into the details:
PG - Chris Paul
PG/SG - C.J. McCollum
PG - Jeff Teague
SG/SF - Joe Ingles
PF/C - Al Horford
SF/PF - Tobias Harris
PF/C - Nikola Jokic
SG/SF - Danny Green
PG - T.J. McConnell
PG - Malcolm Brogdon
C - Richaun Holmes
PF/C - Kelly Olynyk
C - Enes Kanter
It's kinda both.
Horford probably WILL be a top-25 guy as he just chugs along as a 9-cat superstar.
Butler SHOULD end up higher than that, so yes, this is a buy-low on him. Truth is, these guys were probably drafted 20-25 slots apart and they should be more like 10-15 slots apart.
Would you accept the trade?
Hm. Might try to milk a tiny bit more Horford before accepting. Butler is going to take another few weeks to find his groove in Minny.
