In my mind, Fox is on the way up and Brown can only go down. The return of Marcus Morris might mean Tatum, Brown and Morris end up sharing 2 positions between the three of them, and Coach Stevens may have even got a bit used to playing Horford at PF too. Brown is better than Fox currently, but the point where that changes is fast approaching.

I have zero trust in Sacramento to let Fox just roll. That's why I lean Brown. Sacramento seems set on playing everyone 25 mins, and we have no idea how long that will last.
