Hi guys, thanks to all of you, I grabbed Dinwiddie last week and it's looking like a steal thus far. I'm 1st with a 41- record, about to be 5-1 and am looking to improve my team. Here's my roster:
PGs: Lillard, Dinwiddie, Rondo, Conley (IR spot) and Westbrook
SGs: Oladipo, Lamb, G. Harris.
SFs: Prince
PFs: Thaddeus Young, Hollis-Jefferson (both are SF eligible)
C: Towns, B Lopez, S. Adams.
An owner who is 1-4 has Kawhi on his bench, no IR spot available so I'm looking to send an offer before news pops up that he's returning soon. He wants oladipo for Leonard. I'm a huge Oladipo fan and would hate to give him up, even with Kawhi in return. Should I do it anyway or is there a player(s) you think I can pitch my case for as well? Thanks and keep up the good work fellas!
Forgot to mention it's a 9-cat, 10 team league. Conley is occupying my IR spot so Kawhi would be holding a spot, it's a daily league, not weekly. Thanks, guys.
It does create a ton of uncertainty, and Oladipo is probably going to post a top-30/35 season. But Kawhi could be a top-7 guy if he ever makes it back.
The question I think you need to ask is ... can I win this league without making any moves? If so, you could play it safe and try to swing smaller deals or maybe a 2-for-1. If the answer is that there's another team clearly better, you make the move and roll the dice.
