Hi hoop ballers,

I’m thinking of trading my Buddy Hield for his Zach Lavine. My team is punting BLKS and TOs, so I feel like Lavine might be a better fit for me, thoughts?

Also, would this be ok as a 1 for 1, or should I try to go for a 2 for 2 to make the deal more even?

Btw, im playing in a 14 team 9cat H2H league. Thanks!

I like this trade slightly less 3 pts but you gain more in steals and assists. I say go for it.

It's a pretty even trade if you look at what they have been able to produce this year, but looking back to where they finished last year Hield was able to finish 38th on a per game basis and Lavine was at 61st so maybe you can get more value for your Hield in a 2 for 2 deal.

So a 1 for 1 trade wouldn't be favorable on my end? Just not sure if Hield can still improve upon his ranking (38th) last year, as opposed to lavine who has a chance to beat his rank (61st) since the offense still runs thru him.

Thanks!

I'd prefer Hield over LaVine in a vacuum. It's not TOO lopsided, but yeah, you'd be taking a small hit in the longer term.

Okay, thank you! Do you think its possible Hield finishes in the top 30-35 range this season?

I'm not feeling Lavine (or anyone on the bulls really) right now.

In terms of Hield finishing high? Yes, yes I do.
