Hey Dan. Love the show listen everyday from Australia. Head to head points league. 10 teams. I have been offered Jokic, Kemba and Teague (or lou my choice) for my oladipo and capela. I have won 5 weeks in a row and have a pretty good team dont want to ruin things. What do you think?

And what advice would you give for future moves? should i keep my team the same. or try to trade 2 of my middle round guys for a first or second round guy?

I think I'd consider taking it, though Capela's poor FT shooting obviously is less of a burden in points formats.
The way I see it, he's offering you a top-15 in Jokic, a top-30 in Kemba and a top-60 in either Lou or Teague. You'd be giving up a top-20 in Oladipo and a top-35/40 in Capela. It's not a crazy trade, but ultimately if your team is strong and balanced, I feel like you should really be targeting particular guys.
If I was going to move Oladipo and Capela, I'd probably just aim for a top-5 guy and go with a 2-for-1. Maybe an AD, Curry, KD or something.
