I doubt the Whiteside dude will take it. You need to talk to these owners before just proposing trades. The guy might not have any rebounders or shot-blockers if he gets removed. So, sometimes the trade may be fair, but teams are hesitant to part with key pieces for fear of creating an imbalanced roster.
