What in the world does my topic title mean, you might ask? Well, I’ve currently got FIVE guys injured and would love to get some help on what to do with them; do I drop some or just stand pat.
My injured guys are: Kemba, Lauri, KAT, JJJ, and Norm Powell. Now I’m not cutting KAT and Kemba, so they’ll go in my IL, but with Lauri back in a week or so, Norm being re-evaluated later this week who knows how much longer he’s out for, and JJJ our two weeks, Dan et al, am I cutting Norm or Lauri or just holding tight?
I’m currently sitting in second and locked into a battle for first place in my 12T, 9C, H2H redraft league. Playoffs start March 16 and go for three weeks (so I’ll likely get a bye in the first round). I’ll most likely win this upcoming week, probably win the following, and the final week before playoffs I’m battling the first place team.
Your help is appreciated, all. Thanks in advance.
This depends a lot on your standing with comparison to first (if that matters; first and second both get byes, but is there monetary incentive for first > second?) and third. Assuming daily lineup changes, you are looking at Ls leading up to your final week face off against first place. It’s all about whether you need to keep pace/winning in order to set up your playoff push. Personally, I’d probably cut 2/3 of Lauri, Norman, JJJ throughput this next week basing it off of how the matchup goes, keeping an eye on news for these guys too. There’s no easy answer here because it’s so dependent on your situation compared to the members around you in the standings.

I’m only half a game back of first as of right now but after tonight will be either 2.5-3 games back and will make up ground this upcoming week (I'm playing the opponent the first place team is waxing 9-0 this week).
It is daily lineup changes and I do have some streamable guys; my current lineup is as follows:
Guards - Wright. Lee. Melton. Ross. Norm Powell.
Bigs - AD. Collins. Tucker. Thad. Kleber. Wood. Markannen. JJJ.
IL - KAT. Kemba.
If you feel you have a good chance to get 1st place, GO ALL IN FOR IT. Half the pot is huge!

Thanks. How do you feel about trading Collins away for Middleton?
that's a tough trade, you are swapping stat sets there! Collins is the higher rated player on the season, but if you need more 3's, assists and FT I would consider that trade - the other thing is Middleton FG has been insane, so you wouldn't take such a hit there, but a hit nonetheless. Losing Collins, you'll lose some FG, fair bit of rebounds and a tonne of blocks.
Now that I look at my stats as a whole, I may reconsider Middleton.
I'm 7th in FG%, 3rd in FT%, 5th 3s, 8th in PTs, 7th in REBs, 3rd in STLs, 1st in BLKS, 2nd in TOs. With my team listed above, who can I target that can give me a boost in FG%, 3s, PTs and REBs.
Collins is about as good as it gets of those are your needs so definitely wouldn't do that trade then.
