we dont have league veto in our league but i am commish and have the ability to veto anything if its collusion or someone giving up
the guy who has traded away steph is his first trade for the season and has only made one free agent move all season. he has had lou willaims on his bench for the last 10 days while lou has been putting up top 12 value

If he can defend his logic to you in a 1-on-1 atmosphere, I'd let it go, but if he's not responding then I'd veto it.
And then you can always manually redo the trade later if he comes out with a rational explanation. Seems fishy, though
